In the heart of Bruton, the bakery at At the Chapel shares its wood-fired magic far and wide. Head baker Tom Hitchmough and his brilliant team work through the night crafting exceptional artisan breads, croissants, savouries, cakes and biscuits – baked fresh each day with joy, skill and a perfectly crisp crust.
You’ll find their irresistible creations at pop-up bakeries in all our hotels and inns throughout the week – a moving feast of golden pastries, pillowy doughnuts, and sourdough still warm from the oven. Whether you’re craving an iced treat with your morning coffee or a loaf to take home, you’re never far from something delicious.
