Sunday Roast

Our Sunday roasts are legendary. We serve a sensational and hearty Sunday menu, all day Sunday from midday through to 9pm.

Bakery

For over 12 years, our baker Tom Hitchmough has been creating artisan breads, pastries, savouries, cakes and biscuits at At the Chapel in Bruton. The bakery shop there is open every day, while pop-up bakeries visit each of our other hotels on set days of the week. A freshly baked sourdough, golden croissant and plump donut will always be close by! Simply order online up to 24 hours ahead, then collect from your nearest spot.

Food & Drink in the Bar

Our laid-back restaurants are all about great food, done simply. We work closely with trusted farmers, growers and local fishermen, choosing the best ingredients – local, organic and regenerative wherever possible – to create dishes that are honest, generous, and bursting with flavour.

We’re proud to champion our suppliers, from the day-boat crews along the coast to Jim Baker and his renowned organic old spot pigs in Wedmore. Everything is overseen by Executive Chef Tom Blake, who brings a genuine passion for good food to every plate, with menus that follow the seasons and celebrate the South West.

You’ll find excellent coffee, a wide choice of teas, and a drinks list for every taste – local craft beers, rotating ales, West Country ciders, carefully chosen wines, a standout gin collection and cocktails that range from the classics to the unexpected.

Little ones are always welcome too, with a dedicated kids’ menu and smaller portions from the main menu, so everyone leaves the table happy.

Food & Drink in the Bar

Hot food, snacks and small plates are available all day. Dogs are welcome in the bar and in most of our bedrooms. To find out more, call the hotel direct.
