One of Rob’s other business interests is River Cottage, and it was there he found Tom Blake, a former head chef who oversees the phenomenal food we serve.
James Brooke-Webb grew up on the Devon and Somerset border where his first jobs included working on local farms and behind the bar of the local pub. With a fantastic network of West Country farmers and suppliers, fresh local food is where it begins and ends for Tom: and that is a great thing for our customers.
Natalie Zvonek-Little studied psychology at UWE, Bristol and then went straight into this business, getting to know catering and hospitality inside out, which is why we are so lucky to have her leading the front of house teams, encouraging the informal engaging professionalism at the heart of Stay Original Co.
