We are recruiting a Rooms Manager, responsible for overseeing the rooms department & delivering an exceptional guest experience. What will I being doing? You will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Oversee & manage all Rooms Operations including, but not limited to Reception, all Hotel Reservations & Housekeeping. You will be responsible for guest experience with an open line of communication with guests before, during & after their stay. You will have the ability to be visible in the operation, recognise & maintain relationships with regular guests as well as cultivate relationships with new patrons Provide leadership and act as a mentor, for all employees within the housekeeping & reception team You will be responsible for feedback received from hotel guests Liaise with other senior managers; organising daily reservations & reporting to the management team on shift. Additional projects & responsibilities as assigned Who are we looking for? Experience in a luxury hotel environment is required A minimum of 2 years previous experience in leadership roles; strongly preferred.
