Chef de Partie

Part of the Stay Original portfolio, we have recently been awarded BEST PREMIUM FOOD OFFER at The Publican awards 2021 a well as Best Accommodation.....oh and we're one of the best companies to work for in the South West :) We make everything from scratch on site so the role will involve baking fresh bread everyday, cakes, jams and chutneys, pies, slow cooking all our meats including pork bellies, beef strip loins and lamb shoulders. We also have a wood fired oven and make fresh pizza's to order. You could be an experienced Chef de partie, a not so experienced chef de partie, a sous chef wanting to join a bigger operation or even a commis ready for your next step.
